Akeab and The Global Goals

Sustainability work is well integrated into Akeab's business strategy and is an important part of our offering. As part of Eleda, we are leaders in Sweden in infrastructure services. Through our services, we contribute to the important transition to a sustainable and more climate-smart everyday life and a better Sweden.

In order to more clearly define Akeab and Eleda Group’s sustainability work, we have analysed which of the UN’s global goals for sustainable development we can contribute most to. Working on the basis of the UN’s 17 goals facilitates progress in sustainability work by creating a common language that puts us, our partners and other stakeholders on the same footing.

Five of the goals we have chosen to focus on are linked to our service offering, and five are goals we are striving for internally. The latter will contribute to improving the entire organisation, which in the long run will lead to continued competitiveness and strong growth.
