Akeab and The Global Goals

Sustainability is at the heart of akeab's business strategy and a key part of what we offer. As part of Eleda, we lead the way in shaping Sweden's infrastructure services. Through our work, we help drive the transition to a more sustainable, climate-counscious society and a better future for Sweden.

To sharpen our focus we have identified the UN Sustainable Development Goals (the Global Goals) where we can make the greatest impact. Using the UNs global goals as a framework gives us a shared language that aligns us with partners and stakeholders, making collaboration more effective.

We concentrate on ten goals: five connected to our services and five aimed at strengthening our internal operations. These internal goals help us build a stronger organization, ensuring long-term competitiveness and sustainable growth.
