Case: Active and wide cooperation with Trelleborgs FF
“Eleda Group is a very good and active partner,” says Mattias Kronvall, club director at Trelleborgs FF. “They are clear about what they want to get out of our collaboration and what is important to them. They also often participate in the activities themselves and act actively based on the question ‘How do we do this together?’”
“Above all, they are careful to ensure that the activities they focus on are in line with one of the overall sustainability goals that the company is working towards.”
Eleda Group has been a partner in the Trelleborg FF football club network for several years. In this collaboration, Eleda Group is clear about how the company views the club's long-term development: it should be a broad-based organization with girls, boys, men, and women, as well as serious and wide-ranging work outside the football field: “TFF – a force in society.”

“We have a close and frequent dialogue with Eleda Group, which is also an important part of our Advisory Board, where they have quickly established themselves and are keenly interested in how we run and develop the association. In our discussions with Eleda Group, new ideas constantly arise, creating an interaction between us that paves the way for the best possible results.”

Trelleborgs FF's activities include constantly working on attitudes and values and teaching children and young people to respect each other as teammates and competitors. Within the framework of “TFF – a force in society,” a number of supportive initiatives are carried out in the community each year. Eleda Group has stepped in as the main partner in the “Leader Söderslätt 2020” project.
The project includes a “School” component, in which TFF visits fourth-grade classes with a lecture entitled “Zero tolerance for abusive treatment.” The “More active young people” component includes “Open Hall,” a popular activity that gives young people the opportunity to try out different sports.
As part of the project, Trelleborgs FF has also begun work to develop cooperation between clubs in the municipality of Trelleborg and the neighboring municipalities of Vellinge, Skurup, Staffanstorp, and Svedala. The work will contribute to creating the best possible conditions for all children and young people in the municipalities.
Mattias Kronvall also says that Eleda Group clearly emphasizes the business aspect of the collaboration; it should be a network that contributes to business.
“It is important to emphasize Eleda Group’s extensive experience and knowledge of community life. They understand our business and can contribute new ideas. At the same time, they are curious and interested in learning even more about how community life can be further developed.”
